In an effort to purposefully cover the ministry of the Love Chapel in prayer, we will be highlighting a prayer topic monthly. We encourage you to share this in your bulletins, on your prayer lists, and in whatever other ways you desire to remember to pray over these specific requests from staff, our Executive Director, and President of the Board.
Monthly Prayer Focus:
- Altogether for Good 4-H Fair BBQ Night:
- We’d love prayer for great weather from June 21st to the 29th, as well as for all volunteer spots to be filled. We desire a great turnout from the community and member churches supporting the booth so that we can impact more people in our community. We’d also love prayer for our fundraiser to improve dramatically from last year.

- We’d appreciate prayer for our community food drive to go well.
- Prayer for the Columbus task force to find solutions for the Villas residents who are being displaced.
- We pray for generous donations for school care packs that will enrich students’ school year.
- We pray for ample donations for the food pantry so that we can meet our community’s hunger needs.
- We lastly ask for God’s guidance as we wrestle with space constraints at the Food Pantry and warehouses, as well as our role in meeting the transitional housing needs in our community.
